About the Role
We’re seeking a UX/UI Design Manager to lead and mentor our design team. You’ll oversee the creation of high-quality interfaces and workflows while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams. Your leadership will ensure cohesive design language and a consistent, engaging user experience across our platform.
The ideal candidate has experience managing design teams, driving design strategy, and translating complex business and technical requirements into beautiful, user-focused solutions.
About you:
Experienced design leader with 7+ years in UX/UI design and at least 2 years managing teams.
Strong portfolio demonstrating impactful UX/UI solutions across web and mobile platforms.
Adept at coaching designers, fostering creativity, and ensuring design consistency.
Skilled in balancing strategic priorities with hands-on design contributions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of bridging design, engineering, and product teams effectively.
